The first time we contacted customer support at Playerz Casino via the live chat option, the support agent was very friendly and we felt we were in for a good and helpful chat. However, that quickly changed when we received very vague answers to our questions that weren’t helpful or informative at all. On top of that, after not replying back to the agent for a whole 3 minutes, the agent decided to close our chat without notice which we thought was quite unexpected and rude.
Luckily we decided to give the support team another chance, and this time we were helped by a much friendlier support agent that was able to answer all the questions we had, and in as much detail as possible. So it’s really luck of the draw when it comes to customer support. If you aren’t helped the first time, don’t be afraid to ask again!
